We will provide you a timing sheet once recived 3D drawings,meanwhile we will get started 3D parts and MF analysis to find out all potential molding and mold structure isssues. it is better for us to get your injection machine information, resin data sheet and 2D drawing before we deliver DFMs.According to design plan timing,we will deliver you the MF reports& DFM reports on time.
We will make 3D drawings according to mold specification,design standard guideline and 2D drawing special requirements after receiving the purchasing order from our sales department.it is better for us to have your mold specification, design standard guideline and the final 2D drawing.
We will get started with 3D mould drawings when get DFMs confirmation by clients. According to design plan timing, we will deliver you 3D drawings for confirmation or study. During 3D drawing study,we will check design study feedback of customers, and save steels for 2D special tolerence etc.
The Tooling Weekly Report will be provided after getting confirmation for cutting steels. this tooling weekly report will be updated every week according to your requests.
It will be provided after the mold T1, and also provide T1/T2/T3 trial reports with videos showing moulds running status and samples' status.
Do check checklist such as water leaking testing,all mobile compenents. At the same time, a complete mould documents will be shipped together with moulds(2D&3D drawings,BOM part list,MF report,mold operation book,steel certificate,mould checklist,trial reports/videos,electrodes mold pictures etc.)
