Use CAE technology to simulate the real Injection molding process before Injection mold making.
Mold Design
Mold 3D drawings will be built by experienced designers ,and will send out 3D drawings timely for study according to project development timeline.
Order Steels & Mold Base
Once got official email, we will order steels,mold base,hot runner system according to mold specification.
Mold Production
We will cut steels once got official email from customers, and will update processing progress and provide Weekly Processing Report with photos.
Molding Sample
Few or A dozen samples should be produced for assembly/functional testing before mass production
Correct Molds
According to trial reports and sample inspection report,we will correct molds firstly, and also cover T1 of customers' feedback before next trial. 98.5% mold correction of PPS are all closed within 3 times.
Design Change
If customers wanted to improve their parts, once received latest parts,we will provide a PPT with change before&change after and processing technology for check.we will modify molds after customers check the change solutions.
On-Demand Molding
If the customer does not have the ability to complete the injection molding production by themselves, our injection molding shop is fully capable of on-demand molding.
Mold Acceptance
We will check molds meeting tool guideline book,and run hundreds shots with empty.
Mold Delivery
We will do protection for molds,and shippment documents will be followed with molds together.
